Refund Policy
Bean Brew Coffee Mobile Application & Retail Stores

Return policy
Bean Brew Coffee accepts returns within 7 days of receipt only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged during delivery.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The product remains unopened, untampered, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Customers are requested to notify Bean Brew Coffee promptly upon receiving the order and return the product in its original packaging. Where applicable, customers should return the product using a registered courier service.
Upon verification of the returned product and provided all return conditions are met, Bean Brew Coffee may, at its discretion, provide a replacement product or issue a refund.
Bean Brew Coffee reserves the right to refuse any return where the product has been opened, used, tampered with, or is not returned in its original packaging.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

At Bean Brew Coffee, we are committed to delivering premium products, exceptional service, and a seamless customer experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns in accordance with this Refund Policy.
General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of freshly prepared food and beverages, all purchases made through Bean Brew Coffee stores, mobile applications, websites, or third-party delivery platforms are generally considered final once an order has been prepared or delivered. However, refunds, replacements, or store credits may be provided in circumstances where a product is defective,
incorrect, incomplete, or does not meet our quality standards.
Food and Beverage Orders
Customers who receive an incorrect item, missing item, damaged product, or beverage that does not meet Bean Brew Coffee quality standards should notify us as soon as possible, and preferably within 24 hours of receiving the order. Bean Brew Coffee may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement product, refund, or store credit after reviewing the reported issue.
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Change of mind after an order has been prepared.
- Products consumed substantially before a complaint is made.
- Personal taste preferences where the product was prepared according to standard recipe specifications.
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
Mobile Application Orders
If an order is canceled before preparation begins, a full refund may be issued to the original payment method. Once preparation has commenced, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund.
In cases where technical issues result in duplicate orders, duplicate charges, or payment processing errors, Bean Brew Coffee will investigate the transaction and, where appropriate, issue a refund for any verified duplicate or incorrect charge.
Delivery Orders
For delivery orders, customers should inspect their order upon receipt. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or significantly delayed due to circumstances within Bean Brew Coffee’s control, customers should contact Customer Support promptly. Where a refund is approved, Bean Brew Coffee may provide:
- A replacement order;
- A partial refund;
- A full refund; or
- Store credit, depending on the circumstances of the claim.
BB Coins and Loyalty Rewards
BB Coins earned through purchases, promotions, or loyalty activities are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value unless otherwise required by applicable law. If a purchase is refunded, any BB Coins earned from that transaction may be deducted from the customer’s account. Where BB Coins were redeemed as part of a refunded transaction, Bean Brew Coffee may reinstate the redeemed BB Coins at its discretion. Bean Brew Coffee reserves the right to reverse BB Coins that were issued in error, obtained through fraudulent activity, or associated with refunded purchases.
Gift Cards and Promotional Credits
Unless required by applicable law, gift cards, promotional vouchers, bonus credits, and promotional rewards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. While Bean Brew Coffee will process approved refunds promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or third-party payment providers.
Fraudulent Claims
Bean Brew Coffee reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or compensation where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, fraud, repeated misuse of the refund process, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Changes to this Refund Policy
Bean Brew Coffee may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication through our mobile application, website, or other official communication channels.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours, provided the order has not entered the preparation or dispatch process.
If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the processing time of the payment provider and the issuing bank.
Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated in this policy
