Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Bean Brew Coffee
Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods
- Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
- The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency
- Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and BEAN BREW COFFEE COMPANY LLC FZ policies and rules
Product Quality and Returns
- All products are guaranteed to be fresh and of the highest quality
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective products
Coffee beans are roasted to order and cannot be returned once opened
Equipment returns must be in original packaging and unused condition
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer
